This Privacy Policy explains how UONE EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, operating under the brand name Hellomedic (“Company”, “UONE”, “Hellomedic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, stores, processes, protects, and shares personal information of users who access or use the Hellomedic website, mobile application, web application, dashboards, groups, counselling services, paid courses, webinars, digital content, tools, and related services.

Only authorized representatives of Hellomedic may access user information on a need-to-know basis and only for legitimate business, operational, legal, support, security, or service-related purposes. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and regularly review our systems and practices to improve data security.

In the event of any unauthorized use, suspected data breach, disclosure of information, or complaint raised by a user, Hellomedic will investigate the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and internal procedures.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, or any other policy published by Hellomedic, you should immediately stop using the Platform. By continuing to access or use the Platform, you accept this Privacy Policy and all other applicable policies.


2. Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to all users, visitors, students, parents, guardians, subscribers, customers, and any other persons who access or use the Hellomedic Platform.

By accessing the Platform or submitting personal information to Hellomedic, you consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and sharing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

If you are below 18 years of age, you should use the Platform only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

3.1 Personal Information

  • exam category;
  • NEET or other exam-related details;
  • rank, score, category, quota, domicile, or counselling preferences, if provided by you;
  • location details such as city, state, and country;
  • parent or guardian contact details, where applicable;
  • documents or information submitted for counselling, admission guidance, or support;
  • payment-related identifiers such as order ID, transaction ID, invoice details, and payment status;
  • any other information voluntarily submitted during registration, purchase, counselling, support, feedback, surveys, or communication with Hellomedic.

3.2 Automatic Information

When you access or use the Platform, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

  • IP address;
  • browser type and version;
  • device type;
  • operating system;
  • app version;
  • device identifiers;
  • login activity;
  • access time and date;
  • pages viewed;
  • referral URLs;
  • usage patterns;
  • cookies and similar tracking technologies;
  • crash reports, diagnostic data, and performance logs.

3.3 Communication Information

We may collect and store communications exchanged with you through:

  • phone calls;
  • email;
  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Telegram or other groups;
  • in-app messages;
  • support tickets;

  • counselling sessions;
  • webinars or online meetings.

This information may be used for service delivery, support, quality improvement, training, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and record keeping.


4. OTP-Based Authentication

Hellomedic may use One-Time Passwords (“OTPs”) sent via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels for user authentication and login.

We may not use traditional password-based authentication for certain parts of the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your OTPs, devices, SIM cards, email accounts, and messaging accounts secure.

You must not share OTPs with any other person. Hellomedic will not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from sharing OTPs, loss of device access, SIM misuse, compromised email accounts, or user negligence.


5. Use of Information

Hellomedic may use collected information for the following purposes:

  • providing, operating, and maintaining the Platform;
  • creating and managing user accounts;
  • verifying identity and login access;
  • providing counselling, mentoring, admission guidance, and educational support;
  • providing access to paid courses, webinars, packages, reports, tools, dashboards, and digital content;
  • processing payments and confirming transactions;
  • personalizing user experience;
  • improving our Platform, services, tools, and content;
  • sending service-related, transactional, support, and administrative messages;
  • sending updates, reminders, offers, announcements, promotional messages, and educational communications, subject to applicable law;
  • responding to queries, complaints, refund requests, and grievances;
  • monitoring platform usage and preventing account sharing, misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access;
  • conducting research, analytics, internal reporting, and statistical analysis;
  • complying with applicable laws, regulations, legal requests, court orders, and government directions;
  • enforcing our Terms and Conditions, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Fair Use Policy, and other policies.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Hellomedic may offer paid packages, subscriptions, counselling plans, webinars, courses, reports, tools, and digital products.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, card networks, or other payment service providers. Hellomedic does not store full debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, or similar sensitive payment credentials on its servers.

Payment processing is subject to the terms, privacy policies, and security practices of the relevant payment service provider. Hellomedic shall not be responsible for failures, delays, errors, transaction declines, chargebacks, payment gateway downtime, or banking issues caused by third-party systems.


7. Referral, Rewards, and Promotional Programs

Hellomedic may offer referral, reward, discount, coupon, cashback, affiliate, or promotional programs from time to time.

Participation in such programs is voluntary. We may collect and process referral-related information, such as referrer details, referred user details, reward eligibility, reward status, usage of coupon codes, and related transaction information.

Hellomedic reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or deny any referral or reward benefit in cases of misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity, violation of policy, or technical error.


8. Sharing of Information

Hellomedic does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with:

  • employees, consultants, counsellors, mentors, support staff, and authorized representatives on a need-to-know basis;
  • technology service providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, communication service providers, CRM providers, and customer support tools;
  • payment gateways, banks, and transaction processing partners;
  • professional advisors, auditors, legal consultants, and compliance service providers;
  • affiliates, group entities, or business partners for internal business, research, analytics, and service improvement purposes;
  • government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or legal bodies where required by law;

Users are responsible for securing their devices, OTPs, email accounts, SIM cards, WhatsApp accounts, and access credentials.

  • request deletion of your personal information;
  • withdraw consent for certain types of processing;
  • opt out of promotional communications;
  • request information regarding how your data is used;

Hellomedic is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, accuracy, security, or availability of such third-party websites or services. Users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party platforms before using them.


15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Hellomedic may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the revised policy, you should stop using the Platform and may contact us regarding withdrawal or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law.

Packages, Access, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

1. General

Hellomedic offers educational, counselling, and admission guidance packages that may provide users access to curated content, counselling support, college predictor tools, webinars, paid courses, reports, dashboards, guidance sessions, updates, and other digital services related to NEET, medical admissions, counselling, and related educational categories.

The specific inclusions, validity, access period, device limits, support scope, and features of each package will be displayed or communicated at the time of purchase.

By purchasing any package, plan, course, subscription, webinar, report, or digital service, you agree to this Packages, Access, Refund, and Cancellation Policy along with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Fair Use Policy, and any other applicable policy published by Hellomedic.


2. Packages and Access

Upon successful payment, users may receive access to the selected package or service through the Hellomedic website, mobile application, web application, dashboard, groups, webinars, or other approved channels.

Package access may be limited to a specific duration, counselling season, academic year, exam category, course category, or service period. Such access period will be specified in the package description, offer page, invoice, or communication provided at the time of purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, packages are intended for individual personal use only and are not transferable.

Access is linked to the registered Hellomedic account and may be restricted based on device limits, login activity, account verification, payment status, package validity, or fair-use rules.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their devices, internet connection, browser, operating system, app version, and other technical requirements are compatible with the Hellomedic Platform.


3. License and Usage

Upon purchase of a package or digital service, Hellomedic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content or service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • transfer, share, sell, rent, sublicense, or resell access to any package or service;
  • share your account, OTP, login access, course content, reports, tools, or dashboards with any third party;
  • copy, reproduce, record, screenshot, distribute, publish, upload, broadcast, or publicly display Hellomedic content without written permission;
  • use the content for commercial training, consulting, resale, or competing services;
  • bypass access controls, device limits, digital rights protection, paywalls, or security systems;
  • use Hellomedic services for illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Violation of this section may result in account suspension, termination, denial of refund, restricted access, and legal action.


4. Modification of Packages and Services

Hellomedic reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, replace, reschedule, or limit any package, course, webinar, session, report, tool, feature, or content at any time, subject to applicable law.

Such modifications may include changes to:

  • content structure;
  • counselling format;
  • session timing;
  • webinar schedule;
  • course modules;
  • access duration;
  • platform features;
  • tools or dashboards;
  • mentor or speaker availability;
  • communication channels.

Hellomedic will make reasonable efforts to provide services as described, but changes may be required due to operational, technical, regulatory, academic, institutional, or business reasons.


5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Hellomedic provides counselling support, educational information, admission guidance, tools, analysis, and learning resources. Hellomedic does not guarantee admission, seat allotment, college selection, rank improvement, scholarship, examination success, placement, visa approval, or any specific academic or career outcome.

Final decisions relating to admission, counselling, allotment, eligibility, ranking, documents, fees, seat availability, and selection are controlled by official authorities, institutions, universities, regulators, and government bodies.

Users must verify important information from official sources before making decisions.


6. Refund Policy

Users are advised to carefully review package details, exam category, inclusions, access period, device limits, pricing, support scope, and other conditions before making payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer or package, payments once made are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances:

  1. A refund may be considered if the purchased package is not accessible due to a technical issue solely attributable to Hellomedic and such issue is not resolved within seven (7) working days from the date of valid reporting.
  2. A refund request must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of purchase, unless a different timeline is stated for a specific package.
  3. The user must provide the registered mobile number or email ID, order ID, payment proof, and a brief explanation of the issue.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • accidental purchase;
  • incorrect package or exam category selected by the user;
  • change of mind after purchase;
  • partial usage or non-usage of the package;
  • missed webinar, session, class, or counselling call;
  • dissatisfaction due to admission or counselling outcome not guaranteed by Hellomedic;
  • user’s device, internet, browser, app, or compatibility issue;
  • account suspension due to breach of Terms, account sharing, misuse, or policy violation;
  • refund request made after the applicable refund window;
  • package access already activated and used, except where required by applicable law.

Hellomedic reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within fourteen (14) working days from the date of refund approval. The actual credit timeline may depend on the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, card network, or financial institution.


7. Cancellation Policy

Since Hellomedic packages, courses, reports, tools, webinars, and digital services may provide immediate access after successful payment, cancellations are generally not supported once access has been provided.

If payment has been deducted but access has not been provided, the user must raise the issue within forty-eight (48) hours by contacting Hellomedic at [contact@hellomedic.in](mailto:contact@hellomedic.in) with payment details, registered mobile number or email ID, and order ID.

Hellomedic will investigate and assist with activation, correction, or refund, as applicable.


8. Failed, Duplicate, or Pending Payments

In case of failed, duplicate, pending, or incorrect payments, users should contact Hellomedic with payment proof and transaction details.

If the payment is received by Hellomedic but access is not activated, Hellomedic may activate access or process a refund, depending on the circumstances.

If the payment is pending with the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, or card network, the refund or reversal timeline will be governed by the relevant third-party payment processor.


9. Amendments

Hellomedic may update this Packages, Access, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hellomedic’s total liability for any claim related to a package purchase, paid service, course, webinar, report, or digital product shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Hellomedic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of opportunity, admission loss, missed deadlines, data loss, or financial loss arising from use of the Platform or services.


11. Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.

Fair Use and Access Policy

1. General

Access to the Hellomedic Platform is provided strictly for individual, personal, non-commercial educational use.

To ensure fair use, protect paid content, prevent account sharing, and avoid misuse of the Platform, Hellomedic may enforce limits on the number of devices, sessions, logins, and access points that may be used with a single account.

This Fair Use and Access Policy forms part of the Hellomedic Terms and Conditions and applies to all users of the Platform.


2. Definitions

For the purpose of this Fair Use and Access Policy:

Mobile Application Device means a mobile phone or tablet used to access the Hellomedic Platform through the official Hellomedic mobile application downloaded from an authorized app store or official source.

Web Access Device means a device used to access the Hellomedic Platform through a web browser by visiting hellomedic.in or any of its subdomains, portals, dashboards, or web applications. This may include mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, or other computing devices.

Account Sharing means allowing any person other than the registered user to access or use the account, whether by sharing OTPs, login links, devices, screenshots, recordings, content, or any other method.


3. Device Usage Limits

Each Hellomedic account may be subject to device usage limits as specified in the applicable package, subscription, or platform rules.

Unless otherwise stated in the package description, each account may be accessed only by the registered user and may be restricted to a limited number of mobile application devices and web access devices.

At any point in time, Hellomedic may restrict simultaneous access from multiple devices or multiple sessions to prevent account sharing and unauthorized use.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their account is accessed only within the permitted limits. Logging in from additional devices, repeated device changes, abnormal usage patterns, or simultaneous access from different locations may be treated as a violation of this Fair Use and Access Policy.


4. Monitoring and Enforcement

Hellomedic may monitor device usage, login activity, IP patterns, session activity, access frequency, content usage, download attempts, and abnormal behavior to detect account sharing, misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or commercial exploitation.

In case of suspected or confirmed misuse, Hellomedic reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

  • issue warnings;
  • require additional verification;
  • restrict access temporarily;
  • block access from certain devices;
  • limit concurrent sessions;
  • suspend the account;
  • terminate access;
  • deny refund;
  • initiate legal action, where necessary.

Restrictions may be automated, manual, time-based, or permanent depending on the nature and severity of the violation.


5. Device Identification and Detection

Hellomedic may use automated systems to determine whether access is being made from the same device or a new device.

Such systems may evaluate device identifiers, browser data, app data, cookies, IP address, operating system, login patterns, session data, and other technical information.

Certain actions may cause the system to identify access as coming from a new device, including:

  • reinstalling the application;
  • resetting device settings;
  • clearing browser data;
  • using private or incognito mode;
  • changing browsers;
  • changing operating system settings;
  • using VPNs, proxies, or unusual network environments;
  • accessing the Platform from multiple locations or devices.

Users acknowledge and agree that Hellomedic’s determination of device usage based on automated or manual detection shall be final for the purpose of enforcing this Fair Use and Access Policy.


6. Prohibited Access and Misuse

Users must not:

  • share OTPs, login links, account access, or devices with others;
  • resell or commercially exploit Hellomedic packages or content;
  • use one account for multiple students or users;
  • record, copy, download, reproduce, or distribute paid content without authorization;
  • use bots, scrapers, automation tools, or unauthorized software;
  • bypass paywalls, device restrictions, access controls, or security systems;
  • misrepresent identity or create duplicate accounts to misuse offers;
  • use the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

7. No Refund for Policy Violations

If a user’s account is restricted, suspended, or terminated due to violation of this Fair Use and Access Policy, Terms and Conditions, or any other Hellomedic policy, the user shall not be eligible for refund, compensation, extension of access, or replacement access, unless required by applicable law.


8. Changes to this Policy

Hellomedic may modify this Fair Use and Access Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts located at Ongole, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these policies, the Platform, or Hellomedic services.
