Hellomedic will investigate and assist with activation, correction, or refund, as applicable.

If the payment is received by Hellomedic but access is not activated, Hellomedic may activate access or process a refund, depending on the circumstances.
If the payment is pending with the bank, payment gateway, UPI provider, or card network, the refund or reversal timeline will be governed by the relevant third-party payment processor.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hellomedic’s total liability for any claim related to a package purchase, paid service, course, webinar, report, or digital product shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

To ensure fair use, protect paid content, prevent account sharing, and avoid misuse of the Platform, Hellomedic may enforce limits on the number of devices, sessions, logins, and access points that may be used with a single account.

Unless otherwise stated in the package description, each account may be accessed only by the registered user and may be restricted to a limited number of mobile application devices and web access devices.
At any point in time, Hellomedic may restrict simultaneous access from multiple devices or multiple sessions to prevent account sharing and unauthorized use.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their account is accessed only within the permitted limits. Logging in from additional devices, repeated device changes, abnormal usage patterns, or simultaneous access from different locations may be treated as a violation of this Fair Use and Access Policy.
Hellomedic may monitor device usage, login activity, IP patterns, session activity, access frequency, content usage, download attempts, and abnormal behavior to detect account sharing, misuse, unauthorized access, fraud, or commercial exploitation.
